  • WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
    Conveniently located just off the A329 Wildridings Road Bracknell RG12 7RP Opposite Watermint Place
  • IS THERE PARKING ONSITE?
    Yes, 2 hours free parking. Please park in the spaces just outside Watermint Place on the main Wildridings Road. Please park on the main road where there is 2 hours free parking and not inside the new build block of flats. I’ll come outside and meet you and take you around to the gym via the back entrance which is an approx 30 sec walk.
  • CAN I TRAIN IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
    Yes you can as long as you have had the injury checked out by a specialist. I am experienced in training clients with injuries and working around them. Results are still attainable but the time it takes to get there may take longer than usual.
  • WILL I RECEIVE ADVICE ON NUTRITION?
    Diet and home workout plans are available to purchase along side Personal training packages. This is highly recommended to help you achieve the results you desire.
  • WHEN IS THE LATEST I CAN CANCEL A SESSION?
    We have a 48 hour cancellation policy so if you cancel within that time you will be still be charged for that session. However, in the case of an emergency we understand and appreciate the situation and you will not be charged.
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I SEE RESULTS?
    Expect to feel the difference straight away but expect to see results in 1-3 months. This all depends on the training volume and how strict you are with following the Nutrition Advice. The optimal way to achieve results is to have 2 – 3 PT sessions a week, follow our training program outside of these sessions and also follow our nutritional advice.
  • WILL I GET THE SAME SLOT EACH WEEK?
    Expect to feel the difference straight away but expect to see results in 1-3 months. This all depends on the training volume and how strict you are with following the Nutrition Advice. Each session is very challenging and enjoyable as well as each week being varied. Chris is very knowledgeable and is great at adjusting a session if needed. The range of equipment Chris has makes each session really enjoyable.

I have also been going to Chris’s spinning classes which I absolutely love. I had been to gym spin classes previously but Chris’s is definitely the best! I love the music, the lightning and the class itself, it is a lot of fun!

Chris also checks in regularly which keeps the motivation up.
