Each session is very challenging and enjoyable as well as each week being varied. Chris is very knowledgeable and is great at adjusting a session if needed. The range of equipment Chris has makes each session really enjoyable.

I have also been going to Chris’s spinning classes which I absolutely love. I had been to gym spin classes previously but Chris’s is definitely the best! I love the music, the lightning and the class itself, it is a lot of fun!

Chris also checks in regularly which keeps the motivation up.
