Gym Management/Consultancy
This is the direct management of your on-site Gym & all of its equipment.
This service includes;

Conducting comprehensive health checks of your employees.

Management Information reports detailing;
- Gym usage
- Exercise class attendance
- Health check results & tracking
- Financial performance figures of the Gym both monthly & annually.

Maintenance of Gym equipment.

All data handling is done in line with GDPR.
Currently WellFit is a consultancy to Suntory B&F (Ribena/Lucozade), where we’re providing a number of these services. Previously managed Centrica PLC’s & British Gas’s Fitness Programmes which included 3 different office locations & Gyms. We also directed a Virtual Fitness Programme throughout the Coronavirus Pandemic which had 500 active users globally.

Group exercises classes
We teach group exercises classes such as Boxing in a suitable on-site or off-site location, which provides employees with an opportunity to take a mental break from work and improve fitness/health. These classes are exclusive to your staff & music & exercise equipment are provided by WellFit. All H&S regulatory requirements are met with relevant paperwork such as Risk Assessments & Disclaimers. These are agreed with your on-site H&S department prior to classes being implemented.
New Gym Build Projects
WellFit can design, implement & manage an on site Gym meeting all industry standard regulations and H&S requirements. From scratch we can advise on the best approach to maximise the available space, we recommend the most effective & safe Gym equipment & provide a quote. Quotation will be charged along with an additional charge for the management of the project if you wanted to proceed.
